Welcome to the MEFD Handbook. The goal is that the pages here, which include our SOPs/SOGs, will cover (hopefully) everything you need to know. It is an ever-expanding set of information sheets about everything we do and how we do it.  As with everything else, if you find an error or have an addition, please let an officer know so we can teach you how to fix it yourself.
