  • (1) MicroDot Glucometer
  • (10) Test strips
  • (5) lancets
  • (2) 4"x4" gauze pads
  • (10) alcohol prep pads
  • (5) 1"x3" bandaids

Testing

The glucometers need to be tested at least monthly.
