This page details the standard setup and minimum inventory of the green airway bags carried on MEFD apparatus.

Inventory

  • (1) CO Monitor - connected to exterior of bag

Front Compartment

  • (1) iGel size 3 - yellow - expires
  • (1) iGel size 4 - green - expires
  • (1) iGel size 5 - orange - expires
  • (1) OPA kit - 8 sizes
  • (1) NPA kit - 5 sizes plus lubricant - expires

Right Compartment

  • (1) Bulb suction kit - 1 bulb suction device, 2 yellow adapters, 2 solid tips

Rear Compartment

  • (1) Sharps container
  • (3) Biohazard bags - red
  • (2) Eye protection
  • (2) N95 mask - regular
  • (2) N95 mask - small
  • (1) Tyvek suit
  • (1) Tyvek suit - 2XL
  • (4) SaniCloth wipe - Super
  • (2) Convenience/Emesis bag

Main Compartment

  • (1) Glucometry kit - expires
  • (1) BP Cuff - adult
  • (1) Stethoscope
  • (1) SpO2 sensor
  • (1) BVM - adult
  • (1) BP kit
  • (1) O2 bottle with wrench - replace at 1000PSI or less
  • (2) Shears - in back loops
  • (1) IR thermometer - in back pocket
  • (4) Nasal canula - in back pockets
  • (4) Non-rebreather mask - adult - in front pockets
  • (2) 2" Medical tape roll - in front pockets
  • (2) Permanent marker - in front pockets

  • (1) Aspirin - 81mg chewable - expires
  • (6) Diphenhydromine/Benadryl pill - for MEFD personnel only - expires
  • (1) Epinephrine kit - dose card; 4 alcohol wipes; 2 1mg/mL epi vials; 4 bandaids; 2 Epirite syringes; 2 - 25 gauge needles - expires
